If you wish, we can assume all the negotiation of the purchase price with the broker or real estate seller. The fees will be based on the savings that you will obtain through our service.
For example: the real estate that you like to obtain is for sale for 60.000,00 euros. This property will be, thanks to our negotiation management, offered to you for 50.000,00 euros.
Then the fees will correspond to the application of our success rate (35%) to the differential between the initial sale value and the final value negotiated by us, which would correspond in our example to 35% of the 10.000,00 euros (3,500 euros all inclusive) that you will not pay. Your profit = 6.500,00 euros
